Question: Do you charge for callouts?
We do not charge for call outs, no matter what time of night or day, we charge a labour rate, so that you only pay for the time that is used to complete the necessary work, this will be provided when you call.
Question: What areas do you cover?

We are able to provide a rapid emergency call-out service to all areas covered, and our arrival time is an average of 20-40 minutes.
Question: Are your Engineer’s police checked?
All our Engineer’s have been CRB checked and are accredited to a high standards of NCFE Level 3 in Locksmithing.
Question: Do you pick or drill?
We pride ourselves on being skilled locksmiths, the ability to use lock picking and bypassing methods to enter a premise and the various tools using non destructive opening techniques.
Drilling, for any locksmiths should be an absolute last result and be very wary of any so-called “locksmiths” that turn up at your door with a drill in their hand. They have neither the skills, tools nor dedication to learn to pick your locks open. They can also charge you for a new lock, even if your keys are still inside.
At Trusted Locksmiths, we will always aim to pick your lock, thereby saving you the expense of having a new lock fitted, when you have a perfectly adequate one already on your door and the keys for it in your house.
